Hello, this is Mary Jo... I lost alot of weight (100 lbs.) by seeking to cure my candida. SweetPerfection is a product that is 99.9% prebiotic fiber, which has been shown to help treat candida or yeast infections.
Not only did I lose weight, but after 8 months of using SweetPerfection, I lost my need to binge on sugary foods. After 4 years, I avoid anything that will raise my insulin levels without effort.. I do not crave sugar any longer.
Since using SweetPerfection, I think more clearly, I have energy and I have not had a serious cold in nearly 4 years.
Some experience bloating or gas when first using SweetPerfection..this is actually a healthy cleanse. If needed, use sparingly as the SweetPerfection prebiotic fiber takes root, but still avoid sugar and artificial sweeteners that will feed the candida.
I am not a physician, nor a nutritionist, but I had a lifetime struggle with my weight. For me, this product is critical to good health and weight loss.
